Well presented with visibly new kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout the property.
Clean painted walls, however old glass doors at the porch, kitchen and bathroom.
Other problematic areas:
Small issue on kitchen flooring
Crack on the ceiling in lounge area
Some constant slight noise in the shower area (not the toilet tank)
Windows are double glazed but wooden frames

Good sized bedrooms
Problem area near the window I'm the main bedroom -- peeling off paint and signs of recent/previous leaks. Agent advised the roof was fixed but didn't sound confident (!)
